Job Description

The Senior Sales Advisor – Field Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in field sales. The Senior Sales Advisor will also mentor junior sales staff and ensure sales processes are followed efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers. Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and field visits. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Execution Conduct site visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet/exceed sales targets. Follow up on leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Mentoring & Collaboration Guide and support junior sales advisors in meeting their sales goals. Share best practices and provide feedback to improve team performance. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and support teams for smooth execution. Reporting & Analysis Maintain regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Provide market feedback to improve products, services, and pricing strategies. RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 5+ years in field sales, with at least 2 years in a senior/advisory role. Skills: Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Good market awareness and networking skills. Other: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved. Client acquisition rate. Client satisfaction and retention. Contribution to team development and mentoring.
