Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Associate, located in Kolkata. The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their insurance and financial needs, developing tailored insurance solutions, and providing comprehensive financial advice. The individual will be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain client relationships, and promote Pramerica’s insurance products across various customer segments.

• Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, with a focus on customer engagement and relationship management.
• Financial Advisory Skills: Ability to develop customized financial solutions and provide detailed financial advice.
• Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of various insurance products and services.
• Communication and Negotiation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective negotiation abilities.
• Customer Service: Commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Certifications in insurance or financial planning are advantageous.
