As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to help us attract top talent and build a team that shares our passion for creativity, agility, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end recruitment across functions including Design, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, and CX. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies. Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and social channels. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and skill fit. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports. Drive employer branding initiatives to position Nap Chief as a top place to work. Collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed. What We’re Looking For: 4–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, fashion, or fast-paced startup environments. Proven ability to independently close mid-to-senior level roles. Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. High ownership, agility, and the ability to thrive in a lean team setup. Why Nap Chief?
