To accelerate this journey, we’re hiring a high-performingGrowth Manager who will be responsible for driving strategy, owning the revenue, and solvingcomplex growth challenges end-to-end. Role OverviewThis is not a campaign executor role—this is a revenue-owning, business problem-solvingposition. As the Growth Manager, you will build, lead, and execute strategies that drivemeasurable business growth. You will be on top of every metric—revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV,conversions—and will identify and solve blockers before they surface. Ideal candidates will havea consulting background & mindset, high ownership, and an ability to drive cross-functionalalignment and execution. Key Responsibilities 📊 Revenue OwnershipBe the owner of P&L—responsible for hitting and growing daily, weekly, and monthlyrevenue targets.Forecast growth plans and align execution across marketing, performance, product, andoperations. 🧠 Strategy & Growth Problem SolvingIdentify high-leverage growth opportunities by deeply analyzing customer journeys,acquisition funnels, and conversion gaps.Solve complex problems around user drop-offs, retention, category scale, productmerchandising, and CAC/LTV efficiency.Build structured frameworks and growth playbooks to solve repeatable businesschallenges. 🚀 Campaigns & Execution LeadershipOwn planning and execution of major sales, seasonal pushes, and growth experiments.Collaborate with marketing, creative, and ops teams to ensure timely and consistentexecution across all platforms.Make data-led decisions on which levers to double down on—from new user acquisitionto increasing AOV or improving PDP conversions. 📈 Data-Driven Decision MakingStay on top of performance data across key metrics (CAC, ROAS, PDP conversion,CLTV, retention).Translate insights into fast, actionable decisions and scalable initiatives. 🧩 Cross-Functional AlignmentAlign multiple stakeholders—brand, marketing, performance, product, andfulfillment—toward unified business goals.Create accountability-driven work culture with clarity on outcomes and ownership. What We’re Looking For ✅ Must-Haves3–5 years of experience, with 1–2 years in a high-growth D2C or consumer internetbusiness.Strong background in strategy, growth, or consulting—problem-solving mindset is amust.Proven success in owning and growing business revenue independently.Ability to think big-picture while owning granular execution details.Excellent communication and leadership skills. 🌟 BonusConsulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or growth strategy teams in top startups.Experience scaling a category, vertical, or product line in a high-growth brand.An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building high-performance consumer brands.
