If you live and breathe SEO, Shopify, and CRO—this role is for you. 📍 Location: Andheri, Mumbai 🧠 Department: Marketing 📊 Reports To: Brand Manager 💼 Experience: 3 years total marketing experience, with 1–2 years in a D2C setup 🔍 What You’ll Do: 📈 Growth & Campaign Strategy Drive conversion-focused growth campaigns and seasonal pushes Plan promotions in sync with sales and inventory goals 🌐 SEO & Organic Acquisition Lead keyword strategy, on-page SEO, and backlink planning Optimize discoverability, page structure, and site speed 🛒 Shopify & Website Optimization Own UX and CRO on collection/product pages Coordinate content, design, and A/B testing for performance 📬 Retention & CRM Craft email/SMS journeys using tools like Klaviyo or Contlo Improve repeat purchase behavior through lifecycle flows 📊 Analytics & Performance Monitor traffic, CAC, ROAS, LTV and optimize accordingly Work across Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Shopify reports ✅ What We’re Looking For: 3 years of marketing experience; 1–2 years with a D2C brand Deep knowledge of Shopify, SEO, and digital funnels Experience with CRM/email tools like Contlo/Klaviyo Strong sense of ownership and experimentation mindset Bonus: Experience planning sales/promos Analytical, independent, and fast-moving 🌟 Why Nap Chief?
