Key Responsibilities:

Senior Recruiter

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical and non-technical roles within the software development domain.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress and market trends.
• Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques and tools to attract high-quality talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience strictly in the Data Science / AI / ML domain.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends in the software/IT sector.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Monster.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work some U.S. time zone hours to support global recruitment efforts.
