Role Summary

Senior IT Recruiter HR

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end IT recruitment

  for multiple technologies and positions
• Mentor and guide recruiters to meet

  daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets

• Act as a

  point of escalation

  , handle challenges calmly, and provide timely solutions
• Ensure

  smooth coordination

  between clients, candidates, and internal teams
• Maintain recruitment quality, process compliance, and documentation
• Allocate requirements, track performance, and ensure timely closures
• Handle

  client communication

  , requirement gathering, and delivery alignment
• Ensure escalations are

  handled proactively

  and resolved with senior-level judgment
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS updates regularly
• Maintain a positive, professional, and high-performance team environment
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• 34 years of

  hands-on IT Recruitment experience (Mandatory)

• Proven experience in

  team handling / mentoring recruiters

• Excellent

  verbal & written communication skills

• Strong ability to

  handle pressure, tight deadlines, and escalations

• Problem-solving mindset with a

  solution-oriented approach

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Stakeholder & client management skills
• Ability to take ownership and drive results independently

Core IT Recruitment Skills (Mandatory)

• End-to-End IT Recruitment

• Requirement understanding
• Sourcing Screening Interview coordination Offer Joining
• Requirement gathering, expectation setting, feedback follow-ups
• Daily/weekly targets, closures, and quality checks
• CTC discussions, offer closure, joining confirmation
• Documentation, offer tracking, background checks (if applicable)
• Daily trackers, interview reports, joining status updates

• Hands-on sourcing expertise

• Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, Boolean search
• Experience hiring for multiple IT skills (Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, SAP, Data, etc.)

• Client communication

• Ability to manage pressure situations professionally
• Provide quick solutions when delivery issues or delays occur
• Work closely with hiring managers, sales teams, and senior leadership
  

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate (HR or related field preferred)
