Job Summary

Senior HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further interview rounds
Ensure timely closures for junior, mid-level, and senior positions
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports
Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding and recruitment drives

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in recruitment (corporate or consultancy background)
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience hiring across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS systems

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing, textile, retail, or D2C industry
Knowledge of HR compliance related to hiring
Experience handling bulk as well as lateral hiring
