Position Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand client job requirements across junior, mid, and senior levels
• Independently handle multiple recruitment mandates across industries
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal database
• Screen and assess candidates for fitment, experience, and communication
• Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback between clients and candidates
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and post-offer follow-ups
• Guide and support junior recruiters in sourcing and process alignment
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and CRM updates regularly
• Ensure daily/weekly closures as per assigned targets and SLAs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client HR and hiring managers

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
• 2-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (consultancy background preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sourcing expertise using job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), LinkedIn & Boolean search
• Good command over Excel, ATS/CRM tools, and email writing
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
