Senior Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter with over 8 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet the companys staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding for various departments.
  
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  
• Conduct interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and negotiate job offers.
  
• Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports to analyze hiring efficiency.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  
• Proven expertise in sourcing candidates across different levels and functions.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
