About Geta.ai

Senior QA Lead

Role Overview

strong experience in SaaS-based platforms and Conversational AI/chatbots.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, defining quality processes and strategies.
Design, implement, and maintain
manual and automated test frameworks
for SaaS and Conversational AI products.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Perform functional, regression, integration, load, and performance testing.
Establish QA metrics, dashboards, and reporting for continuous quality improvement.
Own the defect management lifecycle, from identification to resolution.
Conduct end-to-end testing for chatbot and voicebot workflows, ensuring accuracy in NLP and intent recognition.
Ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability standards for SaaS platforms.
Drive test automation initiatives (UI/API) and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for release readiness and production validation.
Stay updated with QA best practices, emerging tools, and Conversational AI testing methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

4–6 years of experience
in QA (manual and automation), with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
Proven experience with SaaS platforms and Conversational AI/chatbot testing
(WhatsApp, Voice AI, or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of
software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with
API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
and web/mobile application testing.
Proficiency in
test automation tools
(Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
Familiarity with NLP testing and chatbot flows (intent training, fallback scenarios, etc.).
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Strong experience with performance testing tools like
JMeter or Locust
is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to document test plans, strategies, and maintain comprehensive test reports.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a
fast-paced startup environment.

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
