Senior Quality Assurance Lead

As a Senior Software WMS QA Lead at NeoPrudence Consultancy Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of the Retail Management System (RMS) platform. Your expertise in the Retail domain and strong understanding of RMS functionalities and integrations will be crucial for the success of the project. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for the RMS platform, including manual tests and integration testing. - Identify and report defects, collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, and ensure high-quality standards are met. - Lead a team of QA testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. - Analyze business and functional documents, understand technical specifications, and set up test environments. - Utilize your expertise in WMS, Backend & Integration testing to ensure the system meets all requirements. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, report status to higher management, and create defect reports with resolutions and test metrics. - Utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects and propose effective solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years as a QA Test Lead. - Proven experience in WMS, Backend & Integration testing, as well as testing retail management systems functionalities. - Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL languages to validate data in backend tables. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian stack. - Strong documentation and communication skills. - Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall approaches. - Experience with API and Web Services testing.
