Full Stack Developer Team Lead

You will be joining Geta.ai, a Series A funded startup dedicated to Growth Enabling Transformation Assistance through AI, ML, and data-centric digital solutions. As part of Geta.ai Labs, you will contribute to the development of intelligent products in Conversational AI, broadcasting automation, eCommerce automation, and virtual assistance. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a rapidly expanding team of tech experts, data scientists, and strategists, all focused on creating cutting-edge solutions that facilitate digital transformation in various industries. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of engineering tasks, such as architecting, designing, and constructing scalable backend systems utilizing Python frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask. You will lead the development of modern web frontends using technologies such as React, Vue, or Next.js, while also playing a crucial role in making technical decisions related to architecture, system design, and integration. Additionally, you will be involved in the development of a SaaS platform, where you will design and implement a multi-tenant, secure, and modular architecture. You will be responsible for building core features like user management, billing, role-based access control, notifications, and audit logging, as well as integrating with various 3rd-party services such as Stripe, Google APIs, and CRMs. In terms of team leadership, you will lead a small group of developers, offering mentorship, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance. Collaborating closely with product managers, you will assist in feature breakdown and prioritization, ensuring that best practices such as testing, version control, CI/CD, and documentation are followed diligently. Furthermore, you will handle DevOps and deployment tasks, overseeing the CI/CD lifecycle using tools like GitHub Actions and Docker. Your responsibilities will also include deploying and monitoring applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as implementing observability with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, or equivalent solutions. As an ideal candidate, you should possess 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. You should be an expert in Python backend frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and Node JS backend frameworks (Express), with strong proficiency in modern frontend libraries like React.js and Vue.js. A deep understanding of SaaS principles, experience with relevant technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native development on AWS/GCP/Azure, are also essential requirements. Additionally, familiarity with microservices or serverless architectures, knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, event-driven systems, and exposure to infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, would be considered as advantageous skills.
