Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand GETA’s market presence, build strong client relationships, and generate sustainable revenue growth. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, client engagement, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities for GETA.
• Build, nurture, and manage long-term client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations.
• Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate reporting of sales pipelines and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of proven business development or sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and close deals.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
