Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst located in Kalyan. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for performing quality assurance and quality control activities, conducting manual testing, and developing and executing test cases. The role involves using analytical skills to ensure the quality and reliability of our services and solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and improve QA processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms. Conduct regular calibration sessions with team. Analyze QA data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and operational gaps. Create and manage QA scorecards, audit sheets, and quality reports. Handle client QA audits and ensure compliance with client expectations and company standards. Deliver feedback and coaching to team members to maintain and improve service quality. Ensure timely completion of quality audits and reporting of findings. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 1–2 years in a lead role. Experience working in a BPO, customer support, or sales environment preferred. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, metrics, and tools. Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
