Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Proposal Engineer based in Pune. The role involves preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals, collaborating with sales teams to align proposals with customer requirements, and ensuring compliance with technical and operational specifications. The Senior Proposal Engineer will also work closely with procurement and engineering teams to gather the necessary information, cost estimates, and technical specifications to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing to produce technically comprehensive and customer-focused proposals
• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering to interpret technical requirements and deliver accurate design and solution specifications
• Experience in Sales and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams for client engagement and project alignment
• Familiarity with Procurement processes to ensure coordination of cost estimation, vendor selection, and material sourcing
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Relevant experience in System Integration or Test & Measurement fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
