Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.
Cost Estimation: Conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments to ensure accurate pricing.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate with engineering teams to gather technical information and ensure proposals meet client specifications.
Compliance: Ensure proposals adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Client Interaction: Present proposals to clients, address feedback, and maintain strong relationships.
Documentation: Maintain and update proposal archives and documentation
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal engineering, preferably in water treatment.
Strong understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and MS Project
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proposal writing and cost estimation.
Risk assessment and project management.
Technical documentation and regulatory compliance.
