Role Description

This Proposal Engineer role is a full-time position located in Pune. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals, working closely with the sales and procurement teams, and integrating electrical engineering aspects into proposals. The role will involve evaluating customer requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Proposal Preparation
• Proficiency in Sales and Procurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the water or waste water industry is a plus
• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical/Equivalent
• Work-out accurate costing & apply cost Reduction Themes
• On time compilation of proposals
• Cost reduction strategies through value engineering process
