We’re Hiring! – Sr. Design cum Proposal Engineer (Water & Wastewater Treatment)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Design cum Proposal Engineer with strong technical knowledge and practical experience in ETP, ZLD, STP (MBBR/MBR), RO, Evaporators, Chemical Treatment Systems, and Package Plants.

The candidate will be responsible for designing treatment schemes, preparing BOQs, costing, proposals, and supporting sales with timely engineering inputs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design ETP / ZLD / STP / RO / MBR / MBBR / Evaporator systems with full technical specs.

• Prepare PFD, P&ID, hydraulic calculations, tank sizing, and GA drawings.

• Prepare detailed BOQ, costing sheets, vendor evaluations, and CAPEX/OPEX.

• Draft technical proposals, compliance statements, and tender documentation.

• Coordinate with sales and management for solution finalization.

• Interface with vendors for quotes, technical comparison & optimization.

• Support project team during handover and technical clarifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering.

• 4– 6 years experience in water/wastewater treatment design & proposals.

• Strong knowledge of process engineering, pumps, blowers, membranes, tanks, controls, and instrumentation.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel costing, and design tools.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
