Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Proposal Engineer with a strong grasp on tendering processes, technical documentation, and solution estimation. The role involves developing comprehensive proposals and coordinating with technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored offerings to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation and test system projects.
• Understand client requirements and design suitable technical solutions.
• Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to estimate project costs, timelines, and resources.
• Develop system architecture, hardware configuration, and proposal document
• Support pre-sales activities including technical discussions, presentations, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for component selection and solution finalization.
• Preparation of tender documents and competitive replies for queries in tendering process

Required Skill Set

• 2–4 years of experience in

  PLC automation, test and measurement, or industrial control systems

  .
• Knowledge of

  PLC brands

  such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar.
• Exposure to

  NI LabVIEW

  ,

  CompactDAQ

  ,

  CompactRIO

  , or

  PXI

  platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of

  electrical schematics, instrumentation, and control architecture

  .
• Ability to prepare

  BOQs, cost estimation sheets, and technical documentation

  .
• Well known to

  tendering processes

  and tendering platforms like

  GeM, eProc, Defproc, etc

• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
