Senior Program Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Transition Program Leadership:
- Drive end-to-end business transition programs, including planning, execution, and stabilization phases.
- Ensure compliance with global mobility policies, tax regulations, and immigration requirements throughout the transition.
- Governance & Reporting:
- Establish program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk management strategies.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and deliverables to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, Finance, and external vendors to align transition objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during the transition lifecycle.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Global Mobility operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Change Management:
- Develop and execute change management plans to support impacted employees and teams.
- Conduct training and communication sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related with Prior Business Transition Project Management experience.
- Experience:
- 15 to 20 years of project/program management experience, with at least 8 years in transition or global mobility projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country transitions in a professional services environment (Big 4 experience an added advantage).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of global mobility policies, tax, immigration, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, MS Planner, JIRA, etc.).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with cross-cultural teams.
