Heart Health India Foundation (HHIF) is India’s first patient-led, non-profit organization committed to raising awareness, providing support, and driving advocacy around heart health. We work closely with patients, doctors, corporates, and institutions to build a heart-healthy India through impactful campaigns, patient programs, and policy dialogues.

Position Overview

Senior Program Manager


Key Responsibilities


Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Design, plan, and oversee execution of HHIF’s national and regional programs.
  • Drive program frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms aligned with HHIF’s mission.
  • Ensure patient-centric approaches are integrated into all initiatives.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with hospitals, cardiologists, government institutions, corporates, and donors.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local, national, and global collaborators.
  • Represent HHIF at events, conferences, and advocacy platforms.


Team & Operations Management

  • Lead program teams, consultants, and interns, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and compliance for assigned programs.
  • Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of impact.


Communications & Advocacy Support

  • Work with the communications team to amplify program outcomes.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content, patient stories, and advocacy materials.
  • Support fundraising proposals and donor engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience

    in program management, preferably in healthcare, non-profits, or CSR.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects and large awareness campaigns.
  • Strong skills in strategy, budgeting, reporting, and monitoring & evaluation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Ability to travel for program delivery across India when required.
Travel Requirements
  • Overall travel requirements are up to 50%.
  • Local travel – required within Delhi/NCR.
  • Domestic travel – required to travel to other states from time to time to ensure smooth project progress.
  • International travel – to represent HHIF on various forums.

Contract & Compensation
  • Duration:

    1 year (extendable based on performance and organizational needs).
  • Compensation:
