We work closely with hospitals, corporates, cardiologists, patients, and caregivers to promote primary and secondary prvention of cardiac events and improve patient outcomes through structured programs and storytelling. Position Summary We are seeking Consultants as Project Coordinators with a background in Public Health (MPH) or prior experience in conducting disease awareness programs (focused on NCDs, Maternal & Child Health, or related areas). This role is ideal for a mission-driven professional with strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills who can lead field-based awareness initiatives in hospital and corporate settings. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination & Execution Coordinate with hospitals, cardiologists, marketing teams, and internal coordinators to organize and execute awareness programs. Facilitate patient education sessions within hospital OPDs, waiting areas, and corporate environments as per the structured awareness framework . Follow SOPs for conducting sessions around cholesterol, cardiovascular health, and other NCDs. Stakeholder Engagement Reach out to hospitals and corporates, secure permissions, and build collaborative relationships with medical and admin staff. Ensure effective communication with doctors and key partners throughout the program cycle. Advocacy & Communication Get trained as a Patient Advocate and support in delivering structured awareness messages around heart health, cholesterol, and related risk factors. Support in collecting and telling authentic patient and caregiver stories that drive behavior change. Collect participant feedback and prepare impact reports. Operations & Vendor Management Liaise with vendors, coordinate logistics, and ensure quality program delivery. Understand flow of activities, manage documentation, and track deliverables. Qualifications & Experience Master’s in Public Health (MPH) or related field preferred , or equivalent experience in healthcare awareness or program implementation. Minimum 5–7 years of demonstrable experience in conducting health programs under NCDs, MCH, or similar public health domains. Prior experience in hospital or corporate settings and familiarity with institutional permissions and coordination protocols is essential. Comfortable speaking in public and facilitating awareness sessions with empathy and accuracy. Role Overview We are looking for compassionate and motivated Outreach Volunteers who can help us spread the word about our heart health communities. If you have a strong desire to support heart patients and their families — either because of your personal journey or professional involvement — this is a meaningful opportunity to give back. What You’ll Do Reach out to heart patients and their families through personal and professional networks. Share information about HHIF’s support communities and invite them to join. Act as a connector — someone who introduces patients to a safe, supportive space. Collect basic details of those interested and help onboard them to our WhatsApp or Facebook groups. This is a part-time, commission-based role best suited for professionals with prior experience in raising funds for health and wellness initiatives and strong industry connections. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential sponsors, corporate partners, and philanthropies aligned with HHIF’s mission and campaign themes.
