Consultant Hospital Activation

Job Description: As a Consultant Hospital Activation, your role will involve engaging with hospitals, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators in Mumbai to strengthen disease awareness initiatives focused on preventive and post-treatment cardiovascular care. This flexible, part-time, field-based position requires strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of hospital ecosystems, and a passion for health advocacy and patient engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with leading cardiologists, hospital administrators, and medical directors to introduce the organization's mission and objectives of disease awareness programs. - Secure participation and endorsement from hospitals and cardiologists for patient awareness sessions, screenings, or educational events. - Plan and organize awareness programs within hospital premises, including logistics, permissions, and local outreach. - Maintain strong relationships with hospital partners to ensure consistent collaboration and identify new engagement opportunities. - Submit visit reports, event updates, and feedback summaries in a timely and structured format. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or postgraduate degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Hospital Administration, or related disciplines. - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hospital liaison, medical representative roles, or healthcare outreach (experience in cardiology or NCDs preferred). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to independently manage meetings and represent the organization professionally. - Comfortable with flexible, part-time engagement and travel across the city.
