Heart Health India Foundation is a patient-led, non-profit organization working to build a heart-healthy India through public awareness, patient support, and policy advocacy. We collaborate with national and international partners to run community-centric health campaigns, workshops, and awareness events across India.

Role Overview

Consultant – Event Fundraising

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sponsors, corporate partners, and philanthropies aligned with HHIF’s mission and campaign themes.
• Develop customized fundraising pitches, sponsorship decks, and proposals for health awareness and fitness-related events.
• Secure event-specific funding through CSR, wellness brands, fitness platforms, hospitals, and individuals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new donors/sponsors.
• Coordinate with internal program and communication teams to align sponsor deliverables.
• Track outreach, maintain sponsor engagement reports, and ensure timely closure of commitments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum

  7 years of proven experience

  in fundraising or sponsorship acquisition, preferably in the

  healthcare, wellness, or fitness sector

  .
• A well-established

  network in the health, wellness, corporate CSR, or fitness industry

  is essential.
• Strong communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to understand cause-related fundraising and translate impact into compelling sponsorship opportunities.
