Role Overview

Canva Designer Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media campaigns, reels, and carousel posts using Canva.
• Create posters, flyers, presentations, and brochures for awareness events and hospital/community programs.
• Work closely with the communications and programs team to translate health information into simple, eye-catching visuals.
• Maintain consistency with HHIF’s branding and tone across all designs.
• Suggest new design ideas and stay updated with creative trends.
• Adapt designs for both digital platforms and offline awareness sessions.
  

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for colors, fonts, and layouts.
• Strong interest in health communication and social impact design.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple design requests.
• Bonus: Knowledge of social media trends, motion graphics, or video editing.
