We’re Hiring: Senior Program Manager – Shelter Homes Rescue Foundation , an internationally awarded anti-human trafficking organization , is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our rehabilitation and reintegration programs across four government-recognized shelter homes in Mumbai, Boisar, Pune, and Delhi . For over two decades, Rescue Foundation has been at the forefront of the fight against human trafficking — rescuing, rehabilitating, and reintegrating thousands of women and children with dignity and care. We are now seeking a dynamic leader who can drive our mission forward by strengthening program delivery, team capacity, and survivor empowerment initiatives across all centers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of all shelter homes and ensure compliance with JJ Act and CCI guidelines. Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams — including social workers, counsellors, trainers, and administrative staff. Strengthen and monitor ongoing programs in rescue, rehabilitation, reintegration, health, education, and vocational training. Coordinate with government departments, legal bodies, donors, and partner organizations for effective collaboration. Lead program monitoring, reporting, and evaluation for quality impact and accountability. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field. 8+ years of experience in managing large-scale social programs, preferably in women and child protection sectors. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Willingness to travel across project locations (Mumbai, Boisar, Pune, Delhi).
