Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives on turning bold, ambiguous ideas into scalable, high-impact products. This role demands a blend of strong systems thinking, cloud-native architecture expertise, and precise execution. You’ll own the product roadmap end-to-end—from concept to launch and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own strategy:

  Convert loosely defined problems into clear, measurable goals and a compelling product roadmap.

• Lead execution:

  Oversee the entire product lifecycle—discovery, scoping, writing specs, sprint planning, QA, launch, and iterations—working closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams.

• Drive alignment:

  Proactively communicate trade-offs and risks to secure alignment across stakeholders, including executives, sales, and customers.

• Be the voice of the customer:

  Combine research, data, and market insights to build features that customers love and retain.

• Clarify technical ambiguity:

  Break down complex distributed-system challenges into actionable requirements for engineering.

• Track impact:

  Define KPIs, instrument product analytics, and run experiments to drive prioritization and measure success.

• Build for scale:

  Improve product operations, mentor junior PMs, and help implement best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years building and shipping B2B or platform products, preferably in cloud infrastructure, security, or data domains.
• Solid understanding of Web3 fundamentals, blockchain protocols, and digital asset custody workflows.
• Experience defining architectural requirements and working closely with engineers on system design.
• Strong project management skills: backlog grooming, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and release coordination.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and DevOps/Git workflows. Ability to read code for context is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and A/B testing.
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of producing crisp PRDs, one-pagers, and executive updates.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and a track record of learning and adapting in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.

Bonus Points

• Experience launching custody, wallet, or staking products in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with MPC/TSS key management and smart contract security best practices.
