Job Description

Responsibilities

Build the next-gen logistics engine. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from strategy to launch to scale.
Scale with intent. Define and execute a 12-18 month roadmap focused on stability, reliability, and differentiation - taking KwikShip to mass merchant adoption.
Optimize PMF. Analyze merchant behavior, delivery efficiency, cost metrics, drop-offs, and success levers to refine the product for rapid adoption and retention.
Lead AI-driven innovation. Advance our courier recommendation engine, predictive delivery models, capacity planning tools, and RTO-risk intelligence - turning data into delivery advantage.
Ship flawlessly. Own detailed PRDs, release cycles, courier partner integrations, platform health, reliability, and scalability across massive order volumes.
Monetize at scale. Lead pricing, feature tiers, and monetization strategy to drive GMV growth, merchant LTV, and platform margins.
Execute relentlessly. Operate hands-on, move fast with engineering and operations, and build a logistics product that merchants trust to scale.

Requirements

5+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years as a Senior PM.
A scale-stage PM with proven experience taking B2B products from MVP to rapid adoption.
A strategic thinker who can zoom out to roadmap and zoom in to write precise PRDs.
Comfortable in technical environments - APIs, integrations, WMS/OMS flows, and data queries.
Fluent in data + intuition - strong SQL/analytics skills and business hypothesis-driven thinking.
Cross-functional leader who moves teams fast and rallies engineering, ops, data science, and merchant success around outcomes.
