Senior Product Manager
for Store Operations on the M365 Copilot Platform team, you will drive operational excellence in agent publishing, new platform feature readiness for agents, co-create customer and developer experience & empower developer partners to deliver high-quality Copilot agents. Your work will sit at the intersection of generative AI, platform extensibility, and developer experience, directly impacting productivity for millions of enterprise users and supporting organizations aspiring to become Frontier Firms.In this role, you will lead initiatives to define and uphold quality standards, streamline agent validation, define readiness for new platform features for high quality agents. You will influence product strategy and roadmap priorities, leveraging data-driven insights and market feedback to improve both developer and user experiences.Success in this role requires strong ownership, accountability, bias for action. the ability to influence without authority, and a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Responsibilities
- Lead discussions related to new feature readiness for high quality agents, with platform engineering, Developer advocates, and other internal stakeholders for alignments.
- Lead agent quality initiatives aligned with product goals and industry best practices.
- Define quality standards, minimum value bar, SLAs, and KPIs for agent store operations at scale.
- Resolve developer queries and ensure agile, high-quality agent publishing.
- Partner with engineering to influence roadmap priorities using developer feedback and telemetry.
- Represent developer and user experience needs in product reviews and planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline agent validation and app store readiness.
- Drive data-driven process improvements for Copilot agent store validation and publisher experience.
- Develop and release AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency and agent quality.
- Partner with globally distributed teams to release tools that enable developers to easily identify quality issues prior to agent submission.
- Manage operational escalations and stakeholder communications.
- Track publishing process and store metrics, aligning stakeholders through regular updates.
- Gather and synthesize market feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap.
- Stay updated on AI agent platform trends.
- Work with strategic customers to define what makes high-quality agents.
- Demonstrate strong project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills to drive critical alignments for releases.
- Engage in technical discussions, especially in generative AI and LLM domains to contribute to improvements in the platform experience.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years’ experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Proven success in commercial SaaS partnerships and/or customer-facing engagements.
- Experience with web/mobile technologies, cloud services architecture, and operations at scale.
- Working knowledge of AI orchestration, agent invocation flows, and Azure OpenAPI or similar AI models.
- Ability to simplify complex developer workflows and build empathy-driven solutions.]
- Skilled in collecting and presenting developer feedback to influence product and documentation roadmaps.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and executive presence.
- Ability to work across business, product, design, and technical domains.
- Demonstrated product thinking, growth mindset, and user experience critique.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven approach to product decisions and growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of product development/management experience with developer partners and customers.
- Experience in generative AI solutions (RAG, GPT, LLM) and awareness of the evolving AI landscape.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft technology stack (M365 Copilot extensibility, AI agents, Azure OpenAI, Graph Connectors, Teams extensibility).
- Experience with low-code/no-code AI agent tools.
- Solid curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
