Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and team management at Karbon. You will own end-to-end product delivery for SaaS and fintech solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure products are aligned with customer needs and business goals. This is a high-impact role for a generalist PM who thrives in fast-paced startup environments (0-1 stage) and enjoys shaping customer-centric products.
Where You Can Create Impact
- Lead a product team and mentor junior product managers.
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for SaaS and fintech solutions.
- Understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable product features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and user behavior to inform product decisions.
- Ensure all products meet customer expectations, usability, and business KPIs.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, MVP design, GTM validation, launch, and iteration.
- Translate workflows into AI-driven product flows
- Work closely with AI engineers to evaluate LLM performance, reliability, and benchmark data quality.
- Establish clear success metrics — latency, accuracy, user adoption, automation %, and NPS.
- Collaborate with design and marketing to build a compelling narrative and GTM motion.
- Mentor junior PMs or interns; drive clarity, ownership, and delivery velocity.
Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years of core product management experience, including at least one 0→1 build.
- Strong understanding of AI products (LLMs, RAG, agent workflows, eval harnesses) — not just hype.
- Demonstrated ability to ship complex B2B or fintech products with measurable impact.
- Strong systems thinking, user empathy, and ability to move from insight → spec → shipped product.
- Experience collaborating deeply with engineering and design teams.
Good-to-have:
- Exposure to fintech, taxation, accounting products.
- Experience in building enterprise financial tools.
- Technical literacy in LLMs, data pipelines, or evaluation frameworks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — experience in a startup or founding context.
