Job Summary We are looking for Business Development Managers in Tiruppur , Ahmedabad , and Kolkata — key export hubs of India. In this high-impact field role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-potential exporters onto the Karbon platform. You’ll be the face of Karbon on the ground — understanding local market dynamics and helping exporters benefit from better financial solutions. What You Will Do Generate 30+ qualified leads per month through market visits, referrals, trade events, and local partnerships. Build strong, trusted relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, CHA agents, and industry associations in your city or region. Understand exporter pain points — from payment delays to currency loss — and recommend the right Karbon solutions. Guide exporters through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. Collaborate closely with our internal teams to drive activation, adoption, and long-term satisfaction. Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or onboarding, ideally within export-related domains. Prior work experience with exporters, CHA firms, freight forwarders, or EXIM consultants. Deep understanding of local markets and the ability to quickly build rapport with business owners. Proficiency in local language(s) and comfort with frequent field travel. Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
