Job Description

As a Life Sciences - Pre-Sales Specialist at our company, you will be a key player in supporting sales initiatives within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors with a focus on commercial analytics and R&D. Your role will involve establishing Tredence as an industry subject matter expert by leveraging your technical expertise, industry knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Support account team and partner sales in conducting detailed discovery sessions to understand client requirements and pain points. - Deliver compelling solution demonstrations showcasing the value of analytics, AI/ML, and data-driven insights for life sciences commercial challenges. - Develop customized proposals, Proof of Concept (PoC) plans, and solution roadmaps based on client-specific requirements. - Advise and contribute to building solution accelerators addressing market needs. - Leverage domain expertise in life sciences to position relevant solutions, including data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to enhance solution offerings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on solution approach and positioning. - Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, building relationships with key stakeholders. - Assist in RFP responses, create technical documentation, whitepapers, client success stories, and other marketing materials. Required Skills and Experience: - Strong understanding of life sciences commercial operations and R&D. - Experience with data platforms, analytics tools, AI/ML solutions, and CRM systems in life sciences use cases. - Ability to design, explain, and communicate complex data architectures and analytics solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong interpersonal skills for client and internal team relationship building. - 8-10 years of experience in life sciences consulting, pre-sales, or solution engineering roles. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, Data Science, or related fields. - Industry knowledge in diagnostics, medical devices, and clinical research.
