Director, Product Management - Data Science Domain Position Summary: We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior ‘Product Manager’ to join one of our strategic accounts. In this role, you will shape and execute product strategy, lead product launches, and enhance existing programs to align with evolving market trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market success, support business growth, and deliver value to clients, consumers, stakeholders, and learners. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and customer empathy to enhance, create products that delight our global customer base. Responsibilities: Shape the future of our products by defining a long-term strategy and setting quarterly goals that align with our overall vision. Lead the way from concept to launch with a strong go-to-market approach. Own the product journey from start to finish, keeping it aligned with industry trends and ensuring seamless coordination across teams for successful rollouts. Dig into market insights to uncover new opportunities and guide smart, data-driven product decisions. Keep an eye on profitability and rely on analytical thinking for key choices. Step up with an ownership mindset, ready to face challenges head-on in a fast-moving business landscape. Be the voice of the product, clearly articulate strategy, and vision in discussions with university partners and internal teams. Champion continuous improvement, always looking for ways to streamline, boost productivity, and enhance efficiency across stakeholders. Maintain high standards, ensuring everything aligns with company policies, procedures, and quality expectations - while promoting best practices in product management. Collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and streamlining the Product Management processes for multiple Products/AI Applications/ System Development Qualifications: 15 to 22 years of total IT experience working in an agile-driven environment for enterprise projects/products. 6 - 8 years of product management and implementation exp. preferably client-facing roles, product development, IT consulting environments Mandatory: Data Analytics/BI/Data Science/Cloud computing domain expertise Optional: Product development, Program, Project, Agile(CSPO/PSPO) or/and related Certification Good in JIRA, MS - ADO, Confluence, Miro, SharePoint, Rally, Miro, MS-TFS, MS Excel, and Wiki tools etc. Proven track record in design thinking and systems thinking - exceptionally good verbal and written communication skills. Strong Customer empathy and business first thinking - problem-solving skills and detail orientation. Highly analytical, with a keen interest in metrics, trends, and user behavior Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a passion for technology and innovation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering high-quality solutions.
