Job Description

As a Senior Presales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling proposals and leading strategic presales activities throughout the sales cycle. Your expertise in proposal writing, bid management, and solution consulting will be essential in collaborating with sales, delivery, and product teams. Here is a breakdown of your role: - Lead end-to-end proposal writing, encompassing solution design, value proposition articulation, and final submissions. - Own and oversee the bid management process to deliver timely, accurate, and competitive RFP/RFI responses. - Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and discovery calls with clients to grasp their business needs effectively. - Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and POCs tailored to meet client requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate technical and commercial feasibility, involving delivery, design, product, and finance. - Develop solution architectures, frameworks, case studies, and reusable presales collateral to enhance proposal quality. - Provide strong domain and technical insights to support sales teams from qualification to closure, ensuring successful deal outcomes. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. - Maintain a well-organized repository of proposals, templates, and presales artefacts for future reference and use. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred. - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Presales, Proposal Writing, and Bid Management in IT Services or SaaS. - Proven track record in managing complex bids involving multiple stakeholders. - Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, CRM, analytics, and enterprise solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clear and persuasive documents. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach. - Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals concurrently.,
