Senior Presales Consultant / Presales Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  presales engagements

  for enterprise retail accounts and own end-to-end solution design across

  ERP, eCommerce, OMS, PIM, POS, and Omnichannel Commerce

  platforms.
• Architect

  cloud deployment models

  (AWS/Azure/GCP SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Hybrid, Multi-Cloud) ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Build

  TCO/ROI-based proposals

  , perform cost estimation, and recommend licensing/solutioning options aligned with client budgets.
• Conduct

  discovery workshops

  , assess business and technical requirements, and translate them into digital transformation roadmaps.
• Create and deliver

  demos, POCs, accelerators

  , and pitch decks showcasing business value and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams for

  solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses

  , and client presentations.
• Develop

  solution blueprints, architecture diagrams

  , and migration approaches based on cloud-native and modern commerce principles.
• Mentor junior presales members and contribute to knowledge assets, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
• Stay updated on retail technology innovations:

  Composable Commerce, Microservices, API-first architectures, AI/ML in Retail

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of

  Presales / Solution Consulting

  experience in the

  Retail & E-Commerce

  domain.
• Strong understanding of

  retail business processes

  merchandising, promotions, supply chain, order fulfillment, and omnichannel engagement.
• Hands-on experience with:

• ERP:

  SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics

• eCommerce:

  Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Adobe Commerce / Shopify Plus

• OMS:

  Manhattan / Sterling / Fluent Commerce

• PIM:

  Akeneo / Informatica / inRiver

• Frontend/Headless:

  React, Next.js, Angular, Vue
• Proficiency in

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  and designing deployment architectures.
• Expertise in

  solutioning, proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses

  , and running technical workshops.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to

  AI/ML

  , personalization engines, predictive analytics for Retail.
• Experience with

  microservices, headless & composable commerce

  architectures.
• Experience working with global enterprise customers.
