Senior Presales Consultant

As a Presales Consultant at DigiTaiken Tech LLP in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will be a key member of the sales and business development team, providing crucial technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **Discovery and Qualification**: - Collaborate with the sales team to conduct detailed discovery sessions and understand customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives. - Qualify sales opportunities based on technical feasibility, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). - **Solution Design & Documentation**: - Architect and design comprehensive technical solutions using IT services like cloud migration, cybersecurity, managed services, data analytics, and software development. - Develop high-quality solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and detailed implementation roadmaps. - Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client needs. - **RFP/RFI/RFQ Response Management**: - Lead the technical response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotation (RFQs). - Write clear, persuasive technical responses and ensure alignment with client requirements and company capabilities. - **Market & Product Knowledge**: - Maintain an in-depth understanding of IT service offerings, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. - Provide feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation. - **Relationship Building**: - Establish credibility as a trusted advisor and build strong technical relationships with prospects and clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement. Qualifications: - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. - **Experience**: 8-10 years in presales, technical consulting, or solutions architecture within the IT services industry. - **Required Skills**: Technical expertise, solution design, RFP response management, technical writing, communication, sales acumen, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, collaboration, time management, adaptability. - **Desired Skills**: Experience in specific industry verticals, knowledge of enterprise applications, relevant technology certifications.
