Job Description

We’re Hiring: Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; up to 15 days acceptable

Work Type : Remote (If required, need to travel to client location)


Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support

  • Partner with the Sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to capture business challenges, technology landscape, and desired outcomes.
  • Create solution architecture documents, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and detailed technical documentation.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions for clients.


Solution & Technical Consultation

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Product, and Tech) to design scalable and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure all proposed solutions are aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.

Client Engagement

  • Act as a bridge between sales, technology, and delivery teams during the sales process.
  • Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide post-demo follow-ups, clarifications, and coordinate technical discussions with clients.

Proposal & Documentation

  • Prepare compelling business proposals, case studies, and presentations highlighting our capabilities.
  • Maintain a repository of reusable pre-sales content, templates, and success stories.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and pitch decks with the BD/Marketing team.

Market & Product Intelligence

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Share insights with the leadership team to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategy.


Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT services, Cloud, Data Analytics, AI Solutions, or Enterprise Applications (CRM/ERP).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for business and technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-ready messaging.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), and documentation tools.
