Modernise Performance Management Implement agile feedback systems, coaching frameworks, and growth plans tailored to today’s IT professionals. Ensure Ethical & Compliant Practices Align HR policies with global standards while respecting local nuances, always with integrity and fairness. Advance Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead D&I strategies that go beyond checkboxes, create real impact and representation at every level. Develop Future Leaders Design leadership programs that empower emerging talent to thrive and lead. Leverage HR Analytics Use data to drive decisions, measure engagement, and continuously improve the employee experience. What you'll need to succeed... 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in IT services or MNCs A demonstrable passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams Deep knowledge of global HR practices and Indian labour laws Experience of hiring for data, analytics, and AI-driven roles Strong communication, empathy, and change management skills A collaborative mindset and a bias for action So, what's in it for you?
