This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing consultancy expanding its presence in India. As an Office and Operations Coordinator at Snap, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic and rapidly evolving team by ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and providing essential administrative support. You will be at the heart of our Pune office, helping to create an efficient, welcoming, and compliant workplace. This role offers a unique chance to work closely with multiple teams, manage vendor relationships, coordinate logistics for key events, and contribute to building a positive office culture aligned with Snap’s values. As the first point of contact for many operational needs, you will help relieve senior leaders of administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. Your proactive approach and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment will be vital to our continued growth and success in India. What you'll be doing... Office Management & Coordination Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Pune office, including maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organised work environment. Conduct regular health and safety checks and liaise with external vendors such as Springboard to ensure all certifications and compliance requirements are met. Monitor office supplies and equipment, coordinating with relevant teams to replenish stock and manage merchandise. Organise meeting room bookings, coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for visitors, and support event logistics such as quarterly town halls and recruitment drives. Vendor & Local Market Liaison Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, transport providers, and service suppliers to ensure efficient procurement and office support. Leverage your knowledge of the Pune market to source office essentials and services promptly and cost-effectively. Support & Administration Act as a key support function for the India team, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges to make colleagues’ work easier. Manage welcome arrangements and induction plans for new joiners, working closely with our HR and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Provide general administrative support across the business, adapting to the fast-paced and evolving needs of a growing scale-up environment. Culture & Collaboration Help foster a positive, collaborative office culture where team members feel supported and motivated to contribute. Work closely with leadership to ensure the office environment reflects Snap’s values and supports team wellbeing. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve office processes and operational efficiency, adapting quickly to changing business needs. Stay informed about best practices in office coordination and administration to bring fresh ideas and improvements to the role. What you'll need to succeed... Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office support, administration, or coordination role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment such as a startup or scale-up. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience liaising with vendors, managing office supplies, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Strong interpersonal skills with a personable, can-do attitude and the ability to build positive relationships across teams. Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing priorities. Basic knowledge of health and safety compliance and office environment management is a plus, with training provided as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, with comfortable written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with the Pune market, including local vendors and service providers, is highly desirable. Ability to work onsite at least four days a week, collaborating closely with the India team and supporting broader business needs. A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, demonstrating strong problem-solving and independent working capabilities. About Snap Analytics...
