Strong technical expertise in Snowflake, Matillion, and SQL (or other cloud-based ETL tools). Experience with data modelling (eg Kimball methodology) Proven track record in high-pressure support roles , managing P1 incidents with quick decision-making. Excellent stakeholder management skills , including experience working with C-level executives. FinOps experience - ability to assess cloud platform costs and optimise data processing expenses. Knowledge of support queue management systems (ServiceNow, FreshService, JIRA, etc). Ability to work in UK support hours , covering critical pipeline refresh times (UK morning hours).
