Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

• Demand Generation & Growth

• Own end-to-end demand generation campaigns, from planning to execution and measurement.
• Optimize acquisition channels (digital, content, events, partnerships) to drive leads and revenue.
• Build and manage marketing automation and CRM-driven campaigns.

• Brand & Communication

• Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Lead PR, media, and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Develop compelling content strategies (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, video, social).

• Analytics & Insights

• Define KPIs and track performance across campaigns and channels.
• Leverage data to optimize marketing ROI and customer engagement.
• Monitor competition, market trends, and customer behavior to inform strategy.

• Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align on market opportunities.
• Support GTM launches, product positioning, and client-facing events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in B2B/B2C marketing (depending on your industry).
• Strong background in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand building.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
