We leverage a robust Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model supported by cutting edge digital infrastructure, Shopify-powered e-commerce, and expert internal teams focused on content, design, technology, and digital marketing. Our core markets include North America, Europe, and Asia.
The Marketing Program Manager will play a pivotal role in executing, optimizing, and managing integrated marketing programs to accelerate revenue and brand impact. This leader will oversee cross-functional project delivery, drive digital marketing excellence, and ensure seamless coordination across e-commerce, creative, and technical teams to achieve strategic business goals.
Marketing Program Leadership & Revenue Growth:
Manage end-to-end execution of marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Maximize ROI and conversion across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, email, and SMS).
Support product launches, promotions, and global market expansion efforts.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
Lead and support teams including Content Writers, Graphic Designers, Social Media and Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Email Marketing, Project Managers, Shopify Developers, and Software Engineers.
Ensure collaborative delivery of integrated campaigns, creative assets, and digital initiatives.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
Oversee paid advertising (PPC, SEM, SEO) and optimize performance across platforms.
Employ generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for scaling content creation and digital ad optimization.
Program & Campaign Management:
Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel campaigns, brand-building activities, and influencer partnerships.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to global health and marketing compliance standards (FDA, FSSAI, etc.).
Customer Lifecycle & Retention Marketing:
Develop high-impact email, SMS, and retargeting programs using platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
Implement automation workflows to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Analytics, Insights & Reporting:
Drive data-driven decisions using Google Analytics, GA4, Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
Coordinate market and competitor research to inform program strategies.
Project Management:
Oversee project execution utilizing Zoho Projects or equivalent platforms (Asana, Jira, Trello) for sprint planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
Minimum 8-12 years of marketing experience, with exposure to e-commerce execution.
Record of successful digital marketing and high-ROI campaign delivery.
Experience managing diverse teams (content, creative, digital, and development).
Hands-on expertise in Shopify and digital ad ecosystems.
Power-user of Zoho Projects or similar project management tools.
Proficiency in lifecycle, performance, and retention marketing.
Strong understanding of generative AI tools for marketing automation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration.
Industry knowledge in Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, or Wellness (preferred).
Experience in global e-commerce, localization, multi-currency Shopify storefronts, and cross-border logistics.
Strategic mindset with advanced problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma certifications.
