We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Marketing Manager - Product and Growth with 12-16 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, pre-sales enablement, and demand generation. This is a senior individual contributor role that will bridge product, sales, and marketing functions to drive growth and competitive differentiation in the healthcare AI/ML space. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, data-driven, and adept at collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, content, and design teams to execute GTM strategies, empower sales teams, and deliver measurable pipeline impact.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Product Marketing and Sales Enablement:
- Define product positioning and messaging for HiLabs' portfolio to resonate with target healthcare audiences.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including sales decks, pitches, brochures, and battle cards (in collaboration with product, content, and design teams).
- Conduct enablement sessions to train sales teams on new features, differentiators, and market trends.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) during key growth conversations and pre-sales cycles to support both new business and expansion within existing accounts.
- Own win/loss analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and sales teams.
Demand Generation And GTM Execution
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to design and execute inbound and outbound campaigns that generate a qualified pipeline.
- Lead a metrics-driven marketing culture, with ownership of MQL, SQL, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, paid, retargeting, and account-based campaigns.
- Support webinars and strategic events to engage healthcare payer executives and enterprise SaaS buyers.
- Use analytics and reporting to monitor funnel performance, optimize campaigns, and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and GTM models to support revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management to align product marketing, lead generation efforts, and GTM execution.
- Collaborate with Sales on pitches, differentiation strategies, and account-level enablement.
- Partner with Content and Design teams for collateral creation and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with Customer Success to capture customer feedback and success stories to strengthen positioning.
Requirements
- MBA from a top-tier university (required).
- 12-16 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, pre-sales enablement, and demand generation.
- Strong expertise in product marketing: defining positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies that resonate with enterprise buyers.
- Demonstrated success in pre-sales enablement: partnering with sales teams to build decks, pitches, battle cards, and equip teams for competitive differentiation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales and marketing motions.
- Proven ability to design and execute sales enablement programs that drive measurable impact.
- Experience in running and partnering on demand generation initiatives to build and accelerate pipelines.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing and analytics tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, CMS, and other standard marketing tech stack (required).
- Adept at collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, content, and design teams to execute GTM strategies, empower sales teams, and deliver measurable pipeline impact.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with executive-level presence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-starter, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bonus: If You Have Direct experience marketing to U. S. healthcare payers or enterprise SaaS buyers.
