Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, result-driven All-Round Marketing Professional with proven expertise in the Study Abroad/ Edtech sector. The ideal candidate will lead the marketing team across digital and offline channels , drive brand visibility, and deliver measurable impact on lead generation, engagement, and enrollments . This is a strategic and hands-on role suited for someone who can think creatively, execute efficiently, and manage multiple marketing functions with precision. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Planning Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals for the Study Abroad vertical. Manage yearly and quarterly marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI. Identify growth opportunities across target markets (UK, USA, Canada, Europe, etc.). Monitor competitor activity and conduct ongoing market research. Digital Marketing Leadership Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) focused on quality lead generation. Guide SEO, website optimization, and marketing automation to enhance digital presence and conversions. Supervise social media, content, and creative strategy to ensure brand consistency. Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights. Offline Marketing & Branding Plan and execute education fairs, student engagement events, and university partner activities. Oversee branding for study centers, partner institutions, and B2B collaborations. Drive PR, media relations, and sponsorship opportunities to strengthen brand recall. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team (digital, creative, content, events). Collaborate with Inside Sales, Operations, and University Partnership teams for cohesive marketing efforts. Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and alignment with organizational goals. Reporting & Performance Management Track marketing KPIs including lead generation, CPL, engagement metrics, and enrollment contribution. Present monthly dashboards and marketing performance reports to management. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines. Key Skills & Attributes Strong understanding of the study abroad industry , student lifecycle, and destination-wise marketing nuances. Expertise in digital marketing, campaign analytics, and CRM systems . Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies. Creative thinker with strong project management and multitasking abilities. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience , with at least 5 years in education or study abroad marketing . Marketing agency experience will be a plus. Proven record of managing teams and marketing budgets effectively.
