Job Title: Senior  Marketing Executive – Digital Marketing & Lead Generation 

Location: Chennai 

Department: Marketing 

Reports To:  Business Development Head 

Job Type: Full-Time 

Experience Required: 4-8 Years 

Target Regions: India and United States (US)

SmartRun Technologies specializes in enabling customers to undergo successful Digital Transformation Journeys in areas such as Process Automation, Productivity Improvement, and Smart Manufacturing. They deliver end-to-end Industry 4.0 Solutions using SmartRun Software and other industry leading IoT Platforms and Hardware to enhance plant efficiency and operations visibility. Their Services Division offers Data Science, Data Engineering, Cloud Integration, and App Development skills.


Job Summary:

Marketing Executive

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, etc.). Track, analyze and report outcome achieved
  • Manage content creation for blogs, emailers, landing pages, and social media posts. 
  • Collaborate with external partner agencies  

2. Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through digital platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.) 
  • Maintain and grow lead databases through research and automation tools. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation with business goals. 

3. Meeting Scheduling

  • Coordinate with prospects and internal stakeholders to schedule qualified meetings or demos. 
  • Use CRM and calendar tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, Calendly, Google Calendar) for meeting follow-ups and reminders. 
  • Track engagement and appointment conversion rates; report periodically. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation. 
  • Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho,  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Comfortable working with overlapping hours in IST and EST time zones. 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working for IT services, SaaS, or consulting firms. 
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a plus 
  • Understanding of US and Indian business cultures and customer behavior.
