2–3 years experience in the candle industry is mandatory.
Knowledge of wax types, wicks, fragrances, jars, molds, and packaging.
Understanding of candle production processes and market trends.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple vendors and client requirements.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
Creative mindset with a passion for home décor and fragrance products.
