Promotion and Client Engagement Promote the Company products and services to prospective clients using B2B marketing and Digital Marketing. Engage with Clients: respond to client queries providing information on the products and services offered by the Company. Research expos and conferences that could be helpful; make our company known within those programs via stalls, sponsored talks, etc. Social Media Content Creating variegated social media content plus maintenance of the company social media accounts. Negotiation with Client and Management of Contract Negotiate the price and contract with the client by keeping all legal and corporate guidelines in mind Prepare quotes and proposals to prospective clients. These shall be need-based and shall align with the company goals. Team Development and Leadership Establish business development team goals and develop plans to achieve them. Mentor and develop sales professionals to increase their capabilities to maximize team performance. Industry Engagement Attend industry events, conferences, and collaborative business meetings to stay abreast of market trends and build business relationships. Sales Documentation and Record-Keeping Record accurate activities related to sales, revenue tracking, and invoicing for analysis and reporting. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred. Experience: At least 5 years in marketing, business development, or sales management.
