Now, we’re looking for a passionate Sr Marketing Executive to help us amplify our brand, engage clients, and grow our presence across physical platforms.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be the voice and vision behind our brand. Your role will include:

Strategy & Planning, Date Sourcing and Management:

· Analyze and Identify potential client segments in the market by sourcing accurate details from various offline platforms like Property shows, on-site visits to construction sites, corporate office head quarters and online sources like google search, builder websites, corporate companies websites in the market of Construction, Banking, Pharmacy, Healthcare, IT companies, Hospitality, Restaurants, Educational Institutions, Automobile dealers and Real estate.

· Reach out to potential client/companies/organizations and create a database of decision makers in various potential client/companies.

· Maintain the database in internal template of the organization.

· Identify Marketing strategies like Radio ads, Add boards, Promotions, event sponsorships to reach potential clients.

· Coordinate with influencers, suppliers, and design partners for co-marketing.

Client Engagement:

· Prepare for meeting by doing intense research on client domain, client scope and requirements for Interior Design works for various domain and business segments.

· Schedule meetings with decision making persons in various organizations in order to

1. Understand the client’s process in establishing new office premises, franchises and challenges faced by Clients in executing Interior Design works.

2. Project HOUSPACE as the best solution for their Interior Design needs.

3. Generate leads from the clients.

Lead Generation:

· Maintain lead generation ratio as per monthly and quarterly targets set by organization.

Coordination with Sales Team:

· Work with sales team in smooth transformation of leads to sales conversion.

· Support the sales team with marketing materials and presentations.

Reporting:

· Create monthly and quarterly lead generation reports from Online and offline platforms.

· Create monthly and quarterly reports on various campaigns and marketing strategies implemented.

· Analyze report and suggest the management on various potential strategies for maximum lead generation.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s both analytical and imaginative. You should have:

· 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Interior design, architecture, or real-estate sectors

· Excellent communication and storytelling skills

· Excellent negotiating skills

· Creative skills, analytical skills and think out of the box to create innovative marketing strategies to generate leads.

· Ability to manage events and interact with all stakeholders.

· Must be willing to work on deadlines and pressure situations to meet monthly and quarterly targets in lead generation.

· Persistence in follow-ups with multiple lead generating resources.

· Must be willing to travel to potential client places.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderbad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
