Senior Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive (Outdoor) to promote our services through direct market engagement, B2B tie-ups, events, and field activities. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, institutions, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor marketing activities.
• Conduct B2B tie-ups with schools, colleges, training institutes, and organizations.
• Plan and execute outdoor events, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at fairs, exhibitions, and roadshows.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
• Deliver presentations about company services to students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Distribute promotional materials and ensure strong brand visibility in the target market.
• Coordinate with the counseling and admission teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Report daily/weekly activity updates to the department manager.
• Should be flexible for outdoor activities and working hours

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil would be an added advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for outdoor marketing.
• Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
